Certainly the best branch, if not the best!
During the week I ordered some ribs, for lunch... no judgement, I was hungry and Rocco's sell the best. To my dismay, my delivered ribs were just not up to standard. I was so disappointed I even took a picture, sent a complaint to head office and within less than hour or two I was contacted by the Manager AKA. Long story short, if you're looking for quality and friendly service, food and awesome vibes go to the Canterbury Crossing branch, you will not be disappointed.
Thank you for preparing PERFECT ribs this time around. But more than anything, thank you for treating your customers the way you do. You're an even more loved brand now!
