Clean, fast and efficient. No issues here - up to McD standards.

Once when the cashier rang up our order incorrectly, the manager immediately made a plan and added the missing items (small and simple) without hesitation and without any extra charge - in my book that type of client service earns and extra STAR!

We made a turn at the McDonalds branch in Plattekloof.

Front of house service was okay. We received our food very fast and the food was great.

I would just like to compliment the McCafé section for the delicious coffee.

Unfortunately for my diet plans, but fortunately for my fast food cravings, this branch is located just down the road from my work. I have been here a few times and the branch is always clean, and the service quick and efficient.
