Beautiful gardens. .Excellent food. Had brunch there recently. The service was fantastic. Those muffins and the apple crumble are definitely on my list at my next visit. The food portions left me with no place for coffee or dessert. Super place to relax and enjoy fresh air and the glorious flowers in garden. Definitely a "Must Return" for me.

The most humble and peaceful place to eat in PMB. The food is absolutely amazing and always so fresh and consistent. I love every meal I eat at Tea on 23. Well done for the great food and service �

One of the best places to sit have a great light lunch or delicious pastry. Beautiful garden and smiling staff who give the absolute BEST service. I hosted an event and Carrie and the team were exceptional. P.S looking for the best desserts, pastries or light lunch Tea on 23 is where you need to go. Love this place.
