We didn't quite know what to expect but this was such a unique experience! It's no fine dining experience, very chilled, eat when they tell you it's ready. Eat a lot! You can take your own drinks, watch them cook and get some braai tips. Well worth the trip to Langebaan and very well priced!
(P.S. If you don't like fish, don't go! Also don't fill up on bread and jam in the beginning. Also go with an empty bladder, the bathrooms aren't amazing)
Lovely experience on the beach u watch food get cooked . Was abit windy that's the only damper and then the sand does blow all over ,not the restaurant fault all left to mother nature. But just carry a jacket or jersey and be warned . 10 courses in 4 hrs , I have never eaten so much . Plenty of food great helpings ,friendly staff . Sitting outside amongst other people and enjoying the view and food . You can take your own alcohol with and no corkage fee . They Even supply you with glasses for it . There is also a cash bar on site with limited variety .r370 per person for 10 courses of seafood .note it is cash or eft only no credit facilities . Bookings are a must as they fill up fast with only limited amount of seats available. Lovely experience
I visited Die Strandloper with my girl on my birthday 10/06/23. The experience was very great. We paid R370 for a 10 course meal that was very delicious. The food was very great and I enjoyed the fish and crayfish the most. There was a guy playing guitar and singing for people also. Oh yeah, we had to use mussel shells as cutlery😅. All in all I give it 5 stars. The experience was great
