Had a wonderful date night here. The breadsticks are A+!
The waitress we had wasn't the friendliest, but it was a bit later on a Friday evening, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt for likely being tired.
There was an order slip mishap with our orders, and we needed up waiting quite some time for our food to arrive, but the managers came to talk to us and were very apologetic.
The pasta I had was amazing, loved the sauce, and definitely will order it again on a trip back. All in all it was a wonderfully night out imo.
Overall, the atmosphere and service is really good and warming. Definitely would recommend 👌🏻
Arrived with lots of parking available just before 18h00. Were friendly met by the door and asked seating preferences. Our waitress Pamela a trainee did very well in talking all our orders correctly and following the rules of the restaurant. She didn’t even want to bring me just a cold drink without a new glass. Very friendly. House rules she replied. Music creates a calming atmosphere and ambiance. Food was well prepared and the cheese wheel was an experience not easily forgotten. Managers also inquired how the food was and pitched in when waitresses was busy at other tables. Was not disappointed
I can really recommend Lupa for anyone who wants a romantic experience and good food and wine.
I recently visited this Italian restaurant for the first time on a Saturday, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant had a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, making it a suitable place for both friends and family gatherings. The staff, including the waiters and managers, were polite and provided good service throughout our visit.
As for the food, the pastas were exceptionally delicious. The flavors were rich, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. However, I must mention that their gourmet pizza with nachos on top was decent but not outstanding compared to other pizza restaurants. It's worth noting that if the menu does not explicitly state that the pizza comes with cheese, it won't be included. So, if you prefer cheese on your pizza, ensure that it is listed on the menu.
The portion sizes of the dishes were reasonable. We left the restaurant feeling satisfied, and we even had enough leftover pizza for a takeout. It's worth considering if you're looking for a place where you can enjoy a good meal and potentially have leftovers for later.
All in all, this Italian restaurant is definitely worth a try. If you're in the mood for pizza, I would recommend going for their classic options rather than the gourmet ones. And remember to double-check the menu to ensure you get the desired toppings, especially cheese.
