Ordered an extra large chips. It was a generous portion. The service was excellent. 2nd time ordered caramel dip ice-cream. Waited very long, almost 15 minutes. Seems they is no structure, or systems in place. The ice-cream tasted weird like they put something in it to stretch. Made myself and my son nauseous. The caramel dip also did not set for a long while and we dripped dip all over until then. The store is heated, it made for a cozy wait during Winter.

Collection for takeaway only. Very busy at peak times so the queue can take up to an hour to be ordered and collected. Only a few parking spaces, insufficient for peak meal times as people get parked in and have to wait for others to receive their orders before being able to leave the premises.
