Best kept little gem in Greenpoint - Mediterranean style cuisine ...perfect flavouring, with moussaka which leaves you feeling it’s straight from “Nonnas kitchen”. Dishes kept rustic and simple but packed with layers of flavours which delight your every sense - Lovely intimate and casual setting perfect for both family and couples. Staff and owner on point turning customers into long term customers and friends / loved this spot - highly recommended!

A Delightful and understated surprise in Greenpoint. The owner (and Chef Hoonan) understands the value of connecting with his patrons. Friendly and engaging staff. With friends and family popping into their favourite little joint - it leaves one almost feeling like you “belong” and you’ve been friends forever! Food simple but full of flavour. Delicious and really a worthwhile experience. ... recommended dishes would have to be pickled octopus and mouussaka ...

We tried this joint out as a few colleagues. One of our colleagues is Persian, so she wanted to give it a shot.

The welcome we got was warm and friendly. Hooman was the perfect host. He threw together a bit of a tasting meal for us, and we were so impressed. The meat was so soft and tender. And the flavors were perfect. Let's not even talk about how good the Hummus was.

Definitely give it a go!
