This is the best Jimmy's in Durban. Well maintained and clean restaurant. Food was amazing. Service was excellent.
The Gateway store needs to do a lot of work to be on the same level as the Westwood store.

Always my go to restaurant when craving for good seafood that’s full of flavour. Their flavours are very bold and always great. food portions are generous and their mocktails are to die for. Go Jimmys!
However, even though I’m all for giving tips but I don’t like being forced to tip a waitress/ waiter. A tip should be an amount you give out based on the service provided. But recently Jimmys includes a 10% tip on your bill which is ridiculous because some waiters/ waitresses are lazy, have a stinky attitude and therefore don’t deserve even a cent! I really think this is a bad business move and the manager should revise it. I know a restaurant that went down due to this very reason! They have competition already opposite them where people are not forced to pay a gratuity
