Kudos to Phaka for her exceptional service with a smile! Her professionalism and personal touch made my day extra special. Big thanks to the entire staff for their delightful serenade for my birthday. It's the outstanding team and service that keeps me coming back.

By far one of the best Wimpy restaurants in Durban. Always excellent service and the staff always greet and are happy to see us. Just really unfortunate that they close so early. We have often felt like sitting down to a dinner but can't because they close at 5pm. I do hope someday they'll consider trading til 6 or 7pm.

THIS IS THE BESTEST WIMPY I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN DURBAN! The chicken fillet salad was so fresh and absolutely delicious. My waitress was Thembi and I'm so extremely happy with the service she gave, I'm over the moon because customer service means so much to me. I'm definitely making this my go-to Wimpy. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience and extremely delicious food.
