We've visited a few burger joints in Durban, but nobody listens when we order a medium beef patty and they instead serve us a rubber in a bun 🤢.
RocoMamas Morningside listened! and boy did they deliver! What a scrumptious and filling meal!
Our kids ordered a Classic Cheese and The Shackster with a side of Shoestring Fries and dip each. They had a Blueberry and Lemon Meringue GShake to drink.
We ordered an MCG and a Mushroom Swizz with Chilli Cheese Fry sides and a Creme Brule and Strawberry GShake to drink.
The famed smash beef patties were cooked to exactly how we had ordered it... medium rare. The sauces and sides were delicious and complimented the burger well.
The GShakes were also good, but a tad sweet.
Overall, the meals served were big portions which left us full and struggling to finish our sides and drinks (we did, eventually 😉).
For us, it was good value for money. We highly recommend this restaurant if you're after fresh food and excellent service from friendly staff.
We will definitely return to eat here on our next trip to South Africa.
When superman decides to have some cheesy fries and the cheezdog. Their cheese sauce never goes wrong especially with those thin cut fries. A new taste of flavor placed between a pretzel roll just hit the spot.
Lovely and tasty meals. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Excellent touch to have "Jenga blocks" to play with before you get your meal. Overall very good food and service. Absolutely loved the Chilli cheese burger with a milkshake. Will definitely be back.
