I found this store by chance and was very impressed. I tried both, the smoothies as well as the cold-pressed juices and they were amazing. Personally, I recommend the pure sunshine juice! On a hot day in cape town it's the perfect refreshment. Additionally, the staff at Detox Juice is super nice and welcoming. If you're around you should definitely check it out ;)

Lovely little place in Bo-Kaap, Cape Town. I had the Berry Blossom smoothie and I was very positively surprised by how good it was. Easily the best smoothie I've had in South Africa so far!! I will definitely be going back there :)

Detox juice is smack bang in the middle of the beautiful Bo-Kaap. Every time I arrive there I feel happy already being surrounded by the colourful houses. The owners of Detox are so friendly and helpful, and I always leave with something interesting! I love the power island which has a very strong turmeric taste, exactly how I like it! The vegan soups in winter is to die for. You should definitely go check them out when you can!
